in Hemavan, Sweden


You can find about 400-500 species in the alpine botanical garden. Many of those are growing here wild, whilst others are planted. Both wild and planted species are marked with their names on signs. Most of the species are from the Swedish mountains, but also other mountain areas around the world are represented with species.
